Scale weight has creeped up and holding a little more water in stomach area than usual but it’s nothing serious. Food drop in play now need to just get peeled now. Was sitting around 109kg before adding GH so that could be a factor too.


Looking very average rn but we are making progress!! Keep following along as over the next 4-6 weeks we are getting lean! Thanks

No crazy weight just moving the upper body for now. I’m going away for the weekend with my partner for my birthday so gives me some time to heal and reset. When I return Monday there will be changes to nutrition and supplements so will post them then.

6 round on the assault bike 30 on 30 off

I’ve ate more calories in 24 hours than I have the last 30 days probably but spending quality time away with my partner is a priority. Had about 5 plates of food at the breakfast Buffett 😂

Left the hotel drove 35min to gym with good equipment Cus I wasn’t going to half ass my session. Pump was crazy. Leg pic attached for those that ask. They are still lagging but I plan on making my weak point my strong point over the next few years.

buffet food can be really good. i like being able to pick it out myself vs. others picking it for me. this way i know its fresh !

Push day
This week marks the first week back on program and tracking training. Will still be training at about 75% as my shoulder is still healing but it’s in a spot now where I can start to move some weight on it, which is great. Haven’t even bothered stepping on the scale as I’ve just enjoyed myself this week, but now we are back to reality. Tomorrows update will have ped changed and food changes.

The order of the sessions can change based on fatigue.

Over head movements are still a little sore so hardily any weight just reps and get some
