Hallelujah!! 7 rep sets are done!! Week 8 in the books! Felt like cutting it short doing 4 sets or doing 5 reps for couple sets but Mr.RR wouldn’t let me! Glad I did it. Was hard but I do hard shit. Did try using smelling salts last set, was in the chalk bowl so I said ok why not. Might got a bit of a bump, my speed was good! So sticking it out with this volume will I know pay off in the end. Did not do RDLs doesn’t upset me lol. I got another rep PR for deads and rows but Look forward to 5 rep sets from now on! Happy lifting everybody! 💪🌸

Were hoping for around 415 next month if she enters the comp. She most likely could hit 405 after a deload week now.
Now THAT is impressive! My own PR is 435 and I can not imagine a female lifting that that is insane! I think I’m old and have to readjust my outlook of a woman’s sheer grit and ability when applied so well.

You really should check out her workouts on here carefully. The amount of weight she uses on every exercise is insane. 240 lb bent over rows for 8 rep sets. 315 lb barbell shrugs for sets of 10. It's not hard to see how here rear double bicep pose is right up there with the best of the pros. She is more
striated in the upper back than pretty much all the pro bodybuilders.

Do you have a theragun? I find they help me much more than rollers can in those situations.

Really great session. Love the duffalo bar squat variation!

Getting some rep prs is always fun. Thought yay doing only 5 rep sets was thinking gonna be bit slower maybe achey. But bench felt great! No pain no aches good speed! Ahhh…. Got my 5lb increase on both bench exercises. Close grip same. Had a couple extra in tank for both flat and close grip. Had a good pump today. Even my previous coach was asking why I was so shredded? told him glp 1!! Didnt tell him was on any PEDs. He asked why I was shredded lol. He said I looked bigger today than last time I saw him which was July! (His team is tested SBD equipped lifters.). I Was very lean trying to get down to 132lb wt class in July. Said I looked fuller vs emaciated. Lol! 💪🤣 last time he saw me I was 135lbs currently 150s. So my bulk is working and I’m stronger. 💪🌸

Skipped over leg press today as Im still getting over a bit of a low back strain on one side from last weeks leg day. Think might have been heavy leg press. Feels decent today but giving it rest. Want to see about my deadlifts later this week for 1RMs. Eat eat eat! Happy lifting! 💪🌸

My comp bench is 198 so default goal for me is always to be able to rep competition max. Im very close on bench. Super excited and proud of myself! Wide bench banged those out too. There was several people at our little gym today so I suppose you get a bit of energy from that do your lifts go well. Was able to do walking 10s & got all the 10 push-ups at end. Usually I have to drop onto my knees to finish out pushups. Then dips at end! Let’s keep it going!💪💪💪🌸

I upped weight 10lbs to 330lbs did 2 sets only got one of 5 & 4. But eeked out RDLs matched my max weight reps for those. Dropped weight 7lbs on my Bentover rows but I nearly vomîted 🤮 was a good day. Got video of my 402lb lift but can’t post vids anymore but will pull out a pic from it. But hubby posted one on his log anyhow.was only 13.3mb single lift @LevButlerov why can we not post a single freaking lift vid if 13.3mb. It’s ok I posted it on other social media site no prob. No more video post here. 🤷‍♀️💪🌸happy lifting

Just posted a still pic. Cannot get simple little video to post not sure why site won’t allow it. Was a great feeling to get past 385 by tgst much in one lift. Next week should be hella strong. With tgst tax on the nervous system. 💪🌸

I only train 3 days a week so I usually get 2 on 2 off for rest. 48hrs seems to work well. When you’re on the program you recover faster. Im on 3.5iu HGH that helps immensely!! Usu g my heating pad ice. Massge gun I roll. Feeling pretty freaking good for this deep into strength cycle. Been a healthy program Thats working. 💪👍

Sometimes it’s all ya need esp after you do compound movement you’re warmed up and can go straight to working sets. So 2-3 sets should be plenty. 💪🌸

Ok I want your opinion for RoidRageWife next cycle. The next cycle will be for nationals in May. They are offering cash prizes so she wants to win the Masters class as well as the open class so it needs to be strong cycle. I was thinking about doing the same thing as her builking cycle but replacing the EQ with Masteron Prop.

This is her current cycle for bulking
12.5mg Test Cyp
17.5mg NPP
25mg EQ
3.5 IU HGH

Just replace the EQ with Masteron should be a good strength cutting cycle right? She will also be using Semaglutide obviously as it works like magic.

I’ve read somewhere, pound for pound female muscle on average is actually about 30% stronger than male muscle. So if there were a man same weight as me pound for pound i’de be stronger! Most men, however, do carry more muscle mass on their frames than women though. On average. So there’s that. Im pretty scrappy after 35 years of weight training Im pretty solid. But wear and tear is real! Thanks for watching out for me though💪.
 
I'm not worried about crashed e2 with 25mg EQ weekly. 100-150mg sure but not 25mg. She has zero issues going on and feels great. She handles these low doses like a champ.
as long as she grinds easy on the dose you have no issues :D some females do better than others in my experience @RoidRage69
 
Do you know of proviron is beneficial for females on cycle?
For females its usually not a good idea because proviron is androgenic and can push virilisation fast even at low amounts. @RoidRageWife

Most girls I work with do better with compounds that stay way lighter on androgen load so I would skip it.

I think kindafitkindafat works farm. I grew up with some animals. Small scale though. Horses a few cows chickens. Pigs rabbits cats dogs. Normal stuff. I learned how to use a rifle & hunt. Never actually shot a deer or game. Fished a lot chopped a lot of firewood!! I got some skills…

Coach RR said let’s wait & not injure yourself. Im sure I could have surpassed my comp max 308lb!! I had gas still in tank!! So reps on 286lbs is a PR though so program is working! This should put my theoretical max at about 349lbs. Gonna bench tomorrow plan on repoing my competion max if 198lbs should be fun ! 💪💪 Have a great weekend everyone! 💪🌸
