Hallelujah!! 7 rep sets are done!! Week 8 in the books! Felt like cutting it short doing 4 sets or doing 5 reps for couple sets but Mr.RR wouldn’t let me! Glad I did it. Was hard but I do hard shit. Did try using smelling salts last set, was in the chalk bowl so I said ok why not. Might got a bit of a bump, my speed was good! So sticking it out with this volume will I know pay off in the end. Did not do RDLs doesn’t upset me lol. I got another rep PR for deads and rows but Look forward to 5 rep sets from now on! Happy lifting everybody!![]()
