Food is quite high but I really prioritise my digestion which helps a lot
do you use any digestion aids for this? or more focus on foods that digest easily for you or both? very interested in this as you know digestion is key and food is basically bodybuilding haha

I agree he needs probiotics digestive enzymes and psyllium husk.

I take digestive enzymes with Betaine HCL with 3 of my meals
