Family and that is something I want to prioritise more. I still trained both session were very Minimal and untracked but today we were back in the gym

Training has been at around 75% atm not pushing crazy weight. Bloods were pulled on Friday but I assume everything should be sweet, Gear from Popeye should arrive this week so Mast and test will be reintroduced. Haven’t pinned in 2+ weeks now. Currently sitting around 120kg lean but fat still not overly fussed as I still look decent and I don’t mind being a bit fluffy.
