the training is good but the arnold press i honestly wouldnt do anything overheads military or arnold or anything with shoulder issues, you can work around that and still grow shoulders

No I just cook it on 180° C for 50 minutes,then down to 140 for 50 minutes,then up to 220 for 20 minutes to get that skin crispy,that's a 2.5 kg chicken.then I just slice near the leg joint to check it's cooked,turns out perfect ,the meat is juicy and tender.norhing worse than dry overcooked chicken bro.Do you use a temperature gauge to test the inside of the chicken?

And flys give me more grief doing a couple of sets as opposed to presses.flys cook my shoulders in no time,and the high volume sets were all low reps counts as you can see.all in barbell it's only around 68 reps and around 60 for dumbbell so not huge numbers on reps.Out of I interest wondering why are you hitting a total of 20 sets of incline presses. 1st time I've ran primo as it was always touted as a weak anabolic andI don't have a reference to compare but as for pip which is supposedly an issue with primo I find it very mild,maybee my pinning techniques or oil volume through,gains are lean and dense, vascular improvement ,will get bloods very soon then add in Liquids NPP which I'm looking forward to.Keep it up bro, how do you find the lgl primo?
