Post training dinner,lamb cutlets with cauliflower in white sauce.
Legs are a little sore from last session,the good sore though.

Went for higher reps ,slight weight difference.mixed it up a little.
Incline barbell bench press (7°)
1 × set of 30 reps @ 140lbs
1 × set of 25 reps @ 160lbs
1 × set of 20 reps @ 170lbs
1 × set of 8 reps @ 200lbs
1 × set of 12 reps @ 180lbs
1 × set of 15 reps @ 160lbs
1 × set of 18 reps @ 140lbs
1 × set of 30 reps @ 110lbs

4 × sets of dips for 8 reps per

Bicep ezey bar curls
3 × sets of 8 reps @ 75 lbs
3 × sets of 21s @ 50lbs

Incline dumbbell press(7°)
4 × sets of 30 reps @ 45lbs

Concentration curls,
4 × sets of 30 reps @ 22lbs
Finished of with 1 × set of diamonds till failure.

the training is good but the arnold press i honestly wouldnt do anything overheads military or arnold or anything with shoulder issues, you can work around that and still grow shoulders

Love avocados bro,eat them around 3 times a week,on my steak sandwiches and on chicken wraps with salad.missus makes the best thing cut scotch fillet steak sandwiches and awesome wraps.
 
Grilling chicken is hard. So that's cool that you are able to pull it off and it looks perfect.
 
Avocado's are a great bodybuilder food.

It's got. Excellent. Good fats that we need.

Do you use a temperature gauge to test the inside of the chicken?

Just curious what type of temperature you cook it to? I think you're supposed to cook poultry up to 165 or 170°F.

No I just cook it on 180° C for 50 minutes,then down to 140 for 50 minutes,then up to 220 for 20 minutes to get that skin crispy,that's a 2.5 kg chicken.then I just slice near the leg joint to check it's cooked,turns out perfect ,the meat is juicy and tender.norhing worse than dry overcooked chicken bro.

Did you get your bloods a while back on @Liquid Gold Labs You said you were dropping the NPP prior to taking, So would be good review for their gear to see.
Unless I’m missing it and it’s been posted elsewhere?

Yeah training going ok,only been getting in quick half hour sessions last 10 days,hardly worth logging but will post a log update tonight after training,should get a decent volume in finally.

You say you have some issues with injuries, and niggles. Your rotator cuffs would be cooked on 20 sets of pressing.

Any physique updates ? A photo of that chest pump post workout?

Anyone can do 20 sets of it's done with sufficient time between sets,anytime I change it up and do something different the expert critics come with opinion,nothing wrong with my session here it's not the normal for me and I just do what I feel on the day as you can see from past chest logs,if I do a super light workout then it's regressive overload,if I do a high volume session then it's too much,I've been doing this a long time ,I don't train to compete,I don't train to be the biggest or the leanest,I train to look and feel good for my age.alwahs have,posted recent photos couple of weeks back,will post in fair time.

And flys give me more grief doing a couple of sets as opposed to presses.flys cook my shoulders in no time,and the high volume sets were all low reps counts as you can see.all in barbell it's only around 68 reps and around 60 for dumbbell so not huge numbers on reps.

1st time I've ran primo as it was always touted as a weak anabolic andI don't have a reference to compare but as for pip which is supposedly an issue with primo I find it very mild,maybee my pinning techniques or oil volume through,gains are lean and dense, vascular improvement ,will get bloods very soon then add in Liquids NPP which I'm looking forward to.

Take relaxed under better light ,maybee .not sure which pic does better justice but the aim for this cycle was to gain 3-4 kgs of lean tissue and almost there,some of the weight is water, minerals etc but when all is done and they are stripped I should reach the goal set.rhanks for the support guys , absolutely appreciate, absolute legends here man.

Idk bro,I don't like to be too lean,it's not my look,i do a heavy manual job and need the strength,I feel stronger and recover better ,I think I may sit around 18% bf could be way off though just my guess ,but I may do a mini it cycle before summer here,which is at the end of October.

I will come off when im dead and burried,till then it's trt cruise n blast.HCG just to restore volume.
No need to come off IMO you're old enough to be on self TRT.
