Some Background:
I'm 34 years old. I started training 2 years ago, weighed in at 110kg at the start with a waist of 40-42". I'm currently at 102kg, with a waist of about 37". I had some bumps along the way, but definitely put on muscle while reducing fat. The past 12 months have been great, and I'm slowly progressing.

I wanted to know if there's any advice anyone can give me on whether I should be/can be introducing something that will assist me to lose fat faster and put on lean muscle?
I'm also looking at trying to have a kid within the next few months, so I need to ensure that I don't put myself at risk of reducing sperm count, etc.

A friend suggested a Test, Masteron and Deca stack, but I'm not sure if this is something that someone in my shoes should be consuming.

Your friend is a moron. Post what your diet and training look like. Let's get you on track. Doing any cycle in your condition is not a good idea and you are looking to start a family. Even more reason not to use gear.
Diet and training are 95% of the puzzle. Drugs are for when you are more experienced, have your training and diet in check and and need a push.
 
start with 250 test then PCT then you go from there. standard protocol. id get blood work first tho to get a baseline here. no need to stack on a first run.
This is not good advice for him right now. He is trying to start a family soon. Why would you start taking test??
The issue here is others will not read his post and see you said 250mg test and they will all start saying what they believe he should be taking. Now you have 20 guys telling him to take shit when in reality he shouldn't be taking anything.
Let's all read the posts before we comment. We need to be a little more responsible on here when we recommend stuff to the inexperienced.

well this is a strange one, if you want kids in the next few months, dont mess with your testosterone levels, but here is what I suggest for you.

We can set up a cutting cycle for you and prep you for the cycle, as soon as you get your girl pregnant you can jump on. Meanwhile, we can prep you for the cycle, cycle prep means diet training supplements and more dialed in which you NEED to do before a cycle anyhow bro.

so to start off we need to see what you're doing now, like your diet training cardio sleep nutrition supplements right now, post a NEW thread on the forums with your LOG journal telling us all that diet training supps and more and we can guide you to prep for the next cycle,we need to know your base to guide you and that needs a LOG

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I am logging what I eat using FatSecret. I haven't been logging my training in terms of what exercise, reps, sets, etc, but I have been using a Apple watch to log calories, heart rate, steps, etc.

Diet:
Thus far I can safely say, I can definitely improve on my eating habits. I'm doing about 5 days on a "good" diet, which is about 50% protein, with the other 50% split between carbs and fats. Weekends, like most I'm sure, I do have pop corn, chocolate, cake, which probably goes up to 2000 calories for the weekend.

As a post workout I take 1 scoop of protein (MuscleTech Nitro Ripped) and 1 scoop on creatine mono.
My pre-workout is 1/2 serving or whatever pre-workout I have.

I take Vitamin C, D, Omega 3,6,9 and a hair, skin and nails complex as multivitamins.

No other supplements.

Training:
I training 6 days a week, with some days doing more than 1 session. Which equates to at least 1000 calories burned per day and average 10k steps per day.

I generally do Push, Pull, Legs, and about 3 hours of steady walking on the treadmill and stair stepper combined.

My bench has improved to 100kg max (I couldn't even do 60kg easily when I started), Deadlift is at 160kg. My squat is shit, still on 80kg, but I'm slowly improving this with mobility training.

Sleep wise: I average 7 hours per day. I'm a software developer, so I'm in a sitting position most of the day.
One thing I forgot to add is that I'm 1.8m in height.

I will definitely start the log though, as it seems that is the way to go.
 
To add, I strongly believe that my body fat is +/- 30%.
I'm not comfortable with my self as yet to go and do a proper test or even go for a fitness assessment. I have self esteem issues.

as much as it seems like you need to take this or that a more simpler approach for you here would be to do alternate day fasting
so on day one you would eat two or three healthy meals with no snacking
Day 2 you would fast the whole day just good quality water
day 3 you would repeat day one and so on

get on that and log it

if you're trying to have kids then steroids will mess up your sperm big time
best thing for you to do is get healthy in the starts with logging
 
why don't you get your log Journal up and post your full stats with your blood work and a sperm test if possible
that will be your starting point and set a goal of where you want to be

what? he just said hes trying to have a kid in the next few months and you tell him literally the worst thing he could ever do by using steroids, shutting himself down etc... not to mention hes only been training two years and clearly has a higher body fat... i mean, come on man, seriously

literally the worst thing you could ever do is use steroids for a multitude of reasons...

1. you are not in the right condition for them and with a higher body fat, you are far more susceptible to side effects

2. you have only been training two years meaning you are nowhere even close to your natural potential, and you want to get their first before using steroids

3. the fact you want to have kids soon and ANYONE would advise steroid use, which will 100% hinder that ability is just nonsensical and would show a clear and utter lack of any sort of functioning brain


you could look at sarms and peptides to help, most specifically ones that are non hormonal and have zero impact on your ability to have a child and would require no pct of any kind... here is what i would look at...

This seems to be a trend lately. Not actually reading a post and just spouting out "advice".
Then 20 guys only read the reply and pile on with bad suggestions.
I think we need to be a little more responsible when replying to people on this forum, especially the newer guys that don't know what they are doing. This is exactly hoe people get hurt.

Then don’t run anabolics. I would suggest a sarms cycle from umbrella labs

START with test 400mg weekly 10 weeks have pct lined up.. @domestic-supply.com for best gear
