Seeing family after work today so had to train before work. Ended up having spare time before dinner so went and hit push as well

Leg day
This weeks has been a struggle I’m hungry 24/7, im
working long hours and it’s so cold getting up at 3am despite all these excuses I have smashed every session in the gym hard. I’m waiting on an order to arrive so I can add Reta back in and a whole bunch of other supps 👀
I plan on doing another 6 weeks of hard dieting with a few more added Supps that will be mentioned when they arrive.

Leg extensions
134kg 2x10kg (2-3 RIR)

Hack squats
5PPS 3x7,6,6

Lying hamstring curls
64kg 2x11,12

Seated hamstring curls
104kg 2x12,12

Belt squat
3PPs 2x15,12

Legs were absolutely destroyed after this and feeling good. Looking bigger and a few more veins coming out. Diet has been inconsistent this week and I’m disgusted in myself for it but I know what’s required to get myself locked back in once the order arrives.

Push (chest focus) was training with one of my mates so he didn’t want to do shoulder portion of the workout so I’ll save that for tomorrows session.

Few heavier press movements fatigued is kinda high from work big days this week. Did the food shop today so I’ve prepped all my meats for the next 3-4 days so I kmow now I’m locked in. Order should arrive Tuesday and then we are sending the rest of the cut 6-8 weeks to get lean as can.

Hey brother just know im going through the same hunger struggle being in a deficit and a cut, i drink alot of water or add in some fiber to keep fuller longer, i mix it onto a protein shake

Today I went off plan a little did plan to have a rest day but have 3-4 hours to kill after work before it was time for bed and didn’t want to feel lazy. Pre much the plan is if I’m going to train off program it will either be delts,quads or arms all areas that can benefit atm. I’ve prepped my meals now and everything is sorted for the coming days will drop macros along side gear changes on Monday. A little higher than usual today and trialing a few things to learn how my body changes and collect data. My strength is fkn rapidly increasing nos

Almost back to 100% it’s good enough that I’m starting to train pre fkn hard again. Still got BPC and tb in and will for a little while
 
Yeah bro I always go 2-4 weeks extra from when I'm painfree.

Seems to do me well, when I've stopped earlier I always end up back on anyway
