The Podcast are great, listen to them while working at the farm. Great when I'm mentioned in them.

Agreed.
Real rhythmic voices makes it easy to listen to. I do have to replay bits here and there to make sure the info has sunk in with doses, workouts and food requirements. All around a valuable resource

Shoulder felt good until curls and then it felt like it popped out , it was the weight pulling it down, bit sore now though, ended the workout afterwards. Plan is to do legs tomorrow and rest the Shoulder.

yeah Sometimes these apps can really be annoying. I totally get it.

@Freki Oh wow, this is some amazing progress. The weights that you're doing are getting better and I love the amount of repetitions. You're putting in some good volume, keep up the good work.

@Freki chest supported rows with wide grip are awesome.

I like your style of training, your kicking ass and taking names. And I like the amount of protein you're getting, I know it's low to a lot of people but nothing wrong with that.
