@s.gentz IMO with your size, you're big and gaining well, adding a shake Right after training is a must, not a lot of calories, just 1 shake with honey will be perfect to close out the bulkAt the moment no shake. Cals are actually gonna come down a bit. I’m gaining a little too fast. Getting too fluffy. Either that or I go hard for a few more weeks then back off the gas for a bit.you still didnt add the protein shake post broi know you didnt want to up the cals but I still think you need
John Jewett looked awesome. I do agree through some guys didn’t come in great.toronto pro was good but I still think guys can be leaner and more tight, i mean overall there
