At the moment no shake. I pretty much finish training and eat my meal 5 within 45 min of leaving the gym. Once I add in cals that will be the first thing that goes back in.

@s.gentz IMO with your size, you're big and gaining well, adding a shake Right after training is a must, not a lot of calories, just 1 shake with honey will be perfect to close out the bulk :)

toronto pro was good but I still think guys can be leaner and more tight, i mean overall there

Cals are actually gonna come down a bit. I’m gaining a little too fast. Getting too fluffy. Either that or I go hard for a few more weeks then back off the gas for a bit.

John Jewett looked awesome. I do agree through some guys didn’t come in great.
