bro nice that you're getting in some good protein but I want more red meat
I will def be upping the red meat in my diet. I need more iron and supplementing is killing my digestion.
Diet is getting reconfigured a bit for next week.

I'm not currently having a shake because i don't need the cals at the moment. I train, drive home and eat my meal.
Once my cals increase the shake will go back in.
