Yeh bro I get it down quiet easy, normally within 30min after eating I’m able to train and feel good. I’m used to pushing in bigger meals when cals go up so to me these meals are small as fuck 😂😂

Today I went and caught up with a mate and we went and it hit back was slightly off plan to what I normally and we definitely went overboard with the sets and exercise selection. Also gave me a chance to trial more carbs pre and with my intra workout as. As I don’t have work today I was able to sleep in till 7am instead of fkn 3:35am so I’m feeling well rested and this session delft fkn goooood



Daily nutrition:
Pre workout meal (90min before training)

100g Oats

30g WPI

15g Honey

100g Blue Berries

150g Chicken Breast

2 LCM Bars

Training Log: utilised training with someone today being able to take sets past when I normally do with some assistance on reps and partials. Only reps tracker are full unassisted reps BTW

MAST E 200mg (Split into daily micro dosages)
will possibly add in more as I get leaner as even a small dosage of Anavar 10/20mg I can get improvements from. My skin quality is in a good spot rn so that will be the biggest factor if I add in more.

I have still have lagging body parts are we all do but. The next 8 weeks will put me in a great spot. Sitting around 113.5kg fasted and ideally in 8 weeks I want to be 110kg. Goal is to be as wide a door frame (pic below from this morning)
