Veteran Log S.Gentz 2024 Offseason Lean Bulk Log

Hey a little suggestion. Under your supplement stack how about pasting your PED stack as well?
I posted it under the original post. I don’t want to keep putting up daily as I don’t want people to think what I’m doing is right for them.
If people want to start at the beginning and read my log they will see what I’m taking.

@s.gentz UP on this day, but I do agree with @Npcclassicphysique champ you're missing a post workout shake, your protein is way too low for a lean bulk IMO

I’m growing and getting stronger so something is right. This is where my program diet has me so I’m gonna stay the coarse for now. I’m not quite half way though the duration I gave myself and I’m growing without even increasing cals yet. I’m still not even to 3000. I think I’m doing better now then before when I was on 4500 cals and 400g protein.

This is my 8th week. Second round of IGF and first round of DES and anadrol.
@s.gentz but last time you werent slamming IGF and anadrol as much right? so you're doing better sure but try the shake you'll do even better bro :) it wont hurt
 
If there was anything I would change it would be to increase his carbs for every meal following training because your body needs every gram of carbs with the igf-1.

If there was anything I would change it would be to increase his carbs for every meal following training because your body needs every gram of carbs with the igf-1.
I'm taking in 50g cabs intra WO and then about 45min after i train i eat meal5 with currently 110g of carbs. After that i only have 1 meal left and don't like eating a ton of carbs right before bed as it doesn't sit well and i have trouble sleeping. That meal6 has 40g of carbs.

@s.gentz i noticed you're doing more iron, you feel you got low iron?

I think moving your show date is a bad idea bro, you already have Mr Buffalo planned, stick to the plan IMO, you'll feel better stepping on stage 2nd time and really feeling the prep.

My iron has been low for years and ferritin is tanked. Doctor wants me to try to bring it up
The iron messes with digestion though.

honestly you're already pretty big and since you planned the show, stick to it, shoot for Mr. Buffalo as you have it in your sights, we'd like to see you push for the show, EVO family member on stage love it :)

This is just something i'm toying with. I will make a decision in the next week. Would only be a few weeks difference if I chose another show.
