I haven’t been checking while eating. My fasting sugars are great but that really doesn’t mean shit a the moment.
I think the issue is that I am eating more than I am supposed to over the weekends.
I’m gonna drop Cala a little for this week and get better control over the weekend and reset next week.

I'm gonna have to try chicken thighs soon in my air fryer
I've heard marinating them in yogurt before the air fryer puts a nice crust on them. I would do that and mix in some curry or tandoori chicken seasoning!!

Definitely a super common mistake made by casuals that prevents them from achieving their goals. I see it all the time. Lock in during the week and then fall apart on the weekend. Obviously that is not s-gentz at all but I just wanted to make the point. s-gentz knows his body so well and what adjustments are required.
 
Hey a little suggestion. Under your supplement stack how about pasting your PED stack as well?
