I'd cut that workout in half
I'm not sure why you would say that? My goals are different from yours. My arms need volume.
 
I really think you have the body for a another stage run :D
One thing I learned last time is that my height hurts me on stage. If I want to be at all competitive i'll need to put on a fair bit of muscle.
I may compete again but it's not gonna be for a while.

We will see how the rest of this year goes. It planning on putting on any size until fall. Haven’t been in shape during the summer in a couple years.
